What to Expect

We strive to make your dental appointments as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. You will receive a comprehensive oral examination and x-rays to assess your dental health and plan your personal treatment options. You may also meet with the hygienist to determine the type of cleaning you will need. Our staff will schedule additional appointments for cleanings and other services you may need.

What to Bring

• Dental insurance card, if applicable

• Photo ID card

 

Treatment Planning

Based on the findings of your initial examination, Dr. Patel will develop your personal treatment plan, which will specify the type of cleaning and additional visits you will need and any home care products that are recommended based on your oral health. We listen to your concerns and offer several care options designing an individualized treatment plan that not only achieves long-term benefits, but improved oral health.  Teeth cleaning may be performed during this visit, or might be scheduled for a follow-up appointment depending on the condition of your teeth and gums.
